About the Role

Welder I The welder I is introduced to the prefabrication of exterior and interior wall panels for commercial buildings.

Additionally, the welder I receives training on various welding and assembling techniques as it pertains to wall panel

production and installation. Approval for all work is required prior to the welder I completing any tasks. Essential

(Core Competencies) Duties Read and interpret shop drawings. Gather and collect materials. Accurately measure and cut

miscellaneous materials. Perform panel layout in accordance with drawings. Pre-assemble panel components in preparation

for weld. Perform welds to ensure panel stays secured. Assist in securing completed wall assembly onto crane, lift off
