About the Role

Vehicle Maintenance Assistant The Vehicle Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing basic servicing and upkeep

of County vehicles, including light maintenance tasks such as bulb and windshield wiper replacement, fluid checks,

fueling, vehicle inspections, and general operational readiness. All work is performed in accordance with the Department

of Community Transit's procedures and guidelines. Essential Duties Complies with safety policies and regulations while

using a variety of hand and power tools; completes all required safety training. Transports vehicles by safely driving

vehicles to staging areas, parking areas, or off-site locations as needed for pick-up or emergencies. Determines the
