Description Purpose: Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or
dealer-owned turf equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
Responsibilities: Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products. Performs diagnostics and repairs
on John Deere and competitive equipment and technology. Equipment type but not limited to: Skid loaders, Mini Excavator,
4 wheel front loaders, Compact Utility Tractors, Utility Vehicles, Commercial and Residential mowing equipment.
