Service Dispatcher & Client Success Rep pm Shift
About the Role
Be the final voice our customers hear before the day ends. You'll start each day helping homeowners on the phone and
finish as the dispatcher, quarterbacking our service techs. This is a fast-paced, phone-first role for someone who feeds
off action, impact, and making things happen when others are winding down. Tuesday through Friday, 9.5 hours/day + one
Saturday per month. That equals three, three-day weekends every month. ~ Late shift leadership. You're not just
answering phones. Booking %, First Call Resolution, Membership Sales and we celebrate top performers. ~ We're growing
fast, and this hybrid CSR/dispatcher role is a stepping stone to leadership. ~ Phone people only. This isn't data entry.
