About the Role

Summary of the Role: The Building Security Guard is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras throughout the

facility and remaining alert to any suspicious or unsafe activity to support safe and efficient operations at Maitri.

Security personnel also monitor facility access and professionally welcome team members, delivery personnel, and

contractors on a daily basis. Security & Compliance Operations Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure the safety

and security of employees, patients, visitors, and company property in accordance with state cannabis regulations and

company policies. Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), conduct routine property inspections, and maintain continuous
