About the Role

Rigging Foreman The Rigging Foreman leads field crews performing heavy lifts, equipment setting, and machinery moving on

industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in

alignment with project plans, schedules, and customer requirements. You'll serve as the on-site leader for daily rigging

operations, working closely with project teams, crane operators, and clients to coordinate work and drive results.

Location: Eli Lilly project site in Lebanon, IN. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate for the duration of the
