About the Role
Line Cook* *Responsibilities - Line Cook * * Prepare food according to Rooster Street’s recipes, standards, and
station-specific requirements. * Properly handle, rotate, store, and prep all food items to ensure quality and
freshness. * Collaborate with team members to write and manage daily prep lists. * Maintain a clean, organized, and
sanitary workstation throughout the entire shift. * Set up and break down individual stations and assist with full
kitchen setup and closing. * Uphold food safety and quality standards at all times. *Qualifications - Line Cook * *
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. * Knowledge of
