About the Role

Press Operator The Journal Register in Exton, a subsidiary of MediaNews Group, is seeking a Press Operator to join the

team! Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or stackers to be moved and set up Loads and

unloads materials onto or from pallets by hand Operates hand pallet jacks, electronic trucks, and/or forklifts to move

articles before or after printing Monitors stackers for proper operation; Verify Pressroom has stock, plates, and ink

for upcoming jobs Stage supplies for upcoming jobs on schedule counts and record number of units of materials moved or

handled by specific orders Conveys materials between department and storage areas, loading areas, and printing presses
