About the Role

Porter / Greeter The Porter / Greeter is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for customers while

maintaining the dealership's appearance and assisting with vehicle movement and general lot organization. This position

combines customer service with operational support to ensure an exceptional dealership experience. Greet customers

promptly and professionally upon arrival. Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate sales, service, or parts

department. Assist customers with basic questions and notify the appropriate team member of their arrival. Maintain a

clean, organized, and attractive showroom, customer lounge, and dealership grounds. Prepare vehicles for display,
