Prepared Foods Packer Run food packaging machine (Vac-Pak) to pack product for 7 stores Test CO2 & O2 in packaging

Change gas tanks Be able to check temperature of product Print labels and label product Keep track of the need for

wrapping materials, labels, gas, etc. Maintain equipment. Communicate temperature failure to manager. Maintain good

housekeeping of work areas. Follow all company policies Observe all safe food handling procedures Minimal computer

skills or minimal knowledge of computerized digital scales Must be available Tuesday - Saturday Stand on feet, bend,

push, pull, stoop or lift for the majority of the time Work in a cold room (41o) for a majority of the shift Lift, push
