About the Role
Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Location: Spring Grove, Pennsylvania Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: Level I: $36.10. Note, all new hires start as a Level I. Advancement to Level II and Level III is
dependent on work performance. Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, plus a weekend
rotation every 4th week, plus a 7-day week on 2nd shift every 12 weeks. Job Description Under the direction of the
Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, this position must be skilled in all facets of Industrial Maintenance Mechanical
