Manual Machine Operator Trainee 2nd Shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload parts in grinding

machines as instructed by the Department Leader or Trainer. Learn to make basic tool selections according to knowledge

of basic grinding procedures under direct supervision of Department Leader or Trainer. Learn to position and secure work

pieces on magnetic chuck, in holding fixture, or directly to machine table under direct supervision of Department Leader

or Trainer. Learn to make basic machine adjustments under direct supervision of Department Leader or Trainer. Learn to

utilize, maintain and calibrate measuring instruments as micrometers, calipers, comparators, indicators, and other
