About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Mops and scrubs floors, dust furniture, cleans elevators, cleans restrooms, replaces restroom supplies, disposes of
wastepaper.
* Cuts grass, shovels snow, sweeps and cleans walks, keeps outside premises in order.
* Replaces light bulbs and makes minor repairs in and around the facility grounds.
* Moves furniture and equipment; receives supplies and delivers to the facility.
