Maintenance Technician

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our managed properties. The

Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of building repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover work, while

maintaining clear communication with our management team and residents. Daily responsibilities include: Reviewing and

completing assigned work orders through AppFolio Performing general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC,

carpentry, and related systems Supporting unit turnovers (painting, drywall, flooring, fixture replacement) Conducting

preventive maintenance and routine inspections Coordinating with vendors and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections
