About the Role

Position Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive

maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Beacon homes to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. This

role supports day-to-day operations by maintaining facility standards and addressing maintenance issues in a timely

manner. Primary Responsibilities: • Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting,

safety systems, etc.). • Ensure grounds are free of trash and debris. • Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance
