Maintenance Facilities Helper

About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities:   ~ Mops and scrubs floors, dust furniture, cleans elevators, cleans restrooms, replaces

restroom supplies, disposes of wastepaper.   ~ Cuts grass, shovels snow, sweeps and cleans walks, keeps outside premises

in order.   ~ Replaces light bulbs and makes minor repairs in and around the facility grounds.   Moves furniture and

equipment; receives supplies and delivers to the facility. Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies and places orders.

Performs related duties as required or assigned.   Professional Requirements:   Language Skills: ~ Demonstrates the

ability to communicate effectively orally with staff and clients as needed. Skills: Ability to learn materials, methods,
