Machine Operator Grinder Utilize industrial grinders, precision measuring tools, and optical comparators to produce

tungsten carbide rolls meeting product specifications and Company objectives. Essential Functions Utilize grinding

machines to manufacture tungsten carbide rolls to blueprints and work instructions. Select, dress, and mount grinding

wheel according to specification using hand tools and applying knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures. Monitor

machine operations and operate more than one machine, as needed. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using measuring

devices, ensuring that surfaces and measurements meet specifications. Read blueprints and utilize hand tools. Abide by
