About the Role

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate industrial mixing and extrusion machines to produce plastic compounds

according to production specifications.; Read and interpret production forms that function as recipes, selecting the

correct ingredients and measuring the correct quantities for each batch.; Adjust machine settings as required to meet

specified parameters for size, shape, color, specific gravity, hardness, and other key product characteristics.; Perform

thorough cleanouts of machines between production runs to prevent cross-contamination and maintain product integrity.;

Use a forklift to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods as needed, following all safety and operating
