About the Role
If you have HVAC experience, join our great team! The HVAC Engineer is accountable for the smooth operation and
functioning of all heating ventilating and air conditioning systems in the hotel as well as repair of equipment as
assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests
and other work orders as assigned. Job Duties & Functions • Troubleshoot and repair all HVAC equipment. Including, but
not limited to, roof top units, exhaust systems, chillers, ice machines, commercial kitchen equipment, and cooling
towers. • Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment. • Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the
