About the Role
A Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of heavy
equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Responsibilities Inspecting and diagnosing mechanical and
electrical issues with heavy equipment Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other
mechanical components Performing preventative maintenance on heavy equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment
life. Ordering and replacing damaged or worn parts. Ensuring all repairs and maintenance are done in compliance with
safety regulations and standards. Keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance done on heavy equipment
