Groundskeeper Full Time Seasonal

About the Role

Groundskeeper Position Dunwoody Village, a five-star rated continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square

is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated groundskeeper for a full-time position. The standard shift is from

6:30AM-2:30PM Monday through Friday. The groundskeeper is responsible for the following: Mulching, fertilizing, weeding,

planting, pruning, shoveling, snow/leaf removal, and litter removal on the property. Operation of landscape equipment

and installation of seasonal decorations. Must have a valid PA driver's license to drive equipment and operate the truck

with a snowplow during winter weather. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; A keen interest in working
