Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine

maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and functional

environment. This role focuses on general maintenance and mechanical tasks and does not require an electrical

background. Perform routine building maintenance, including basic repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, locks, and

fixtures ~ Conduct preventative maintenance on facilities, tools, and equipment ~ Perform painting, drywall patching,

basic carpentry, and general repairs ~ Maintain building exterior and grounds, including light landscaping, snow
