About the Role

Dispatcher Position Company: Blue Ridge Communications Shift: Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM and Sunday's 10AM-7PM Training

period will be done in the office. Once fully trained, working from home will be an option. Pencor and its subsidiaries

accuracy and assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs. Will also be responsible for:

Filing completed work orders Contacting customers when trouble shooting and/or scheduling work needs to be done

Monitoring system outages Keeping Field Technicians informed of system problems Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
