About the Role
Dispatcher I The Dispatcher I will effectively direct the daily operational activity of delivery personnel which
includes scheduling deliveries, dispatching trucks and processing paperwork. Provide prompt and courteous service to
patients when talking on the phone. Enter all relevant data into internal transportation system/database, ensuring
accuracy and completion. Provides the answering service with a list of delivery technicians available for specific
nights. High School Diploma or GED Proficient in MS office with proven data entry experience Ability to read small print
and view a computer screen for prolonged periods MedCare Equipment Company
