About the Role
Job Summary/Job Purpose: The Dispatcher I will effectively direct the daily operational activity of delivery personnel
which includes scheduling deliveries, dispatching trucks and processing paperwork. Provide prompt and courteous service
to patients when talking on the phone. Enter all relevant data into internal transportation system/database, ensuring
accuracy and completion. Provides the answering service with a list of delivery technicians available for specific
nights. Requirements Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
and/or Delivery Technician experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS office with
