About the Role
Summary
Cordia Harrisburg has served downtown Harrisburg as the city’s provider of choice for reliable and efficient district
energy services for decades. The system’s facilities, owned and operated by Cordia, provide district heating and cooling
to more than 112 customers in downtown Harrisburg including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Capitol Complex and
Harrisburg municipal government facilities. Through an affiliate, Energy Center Paxton LLC, the system also provides 12
MW of electricity to the local power grid. Customers use the steam generated by Cordia Harrisburg for space heating,
