About the Role

Full-Time Night Dispatcher Suburban Emergency Medical Services is an EMS leader in Northampton and Monroe County. We

provide 911 emergency transport, non-emergency transport and paratransit services to the 19 municipalities we serve.

Suburban EMS has 70 years of experience providing ambulance service 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. We are community

focused and committed to quality patient care. We are currently seeking a full-time night dispatcher to join our team.

We currently have a day shift opening. Our operations include 21 ambulances, 2 QRS units, 20 Paratransit vehicles, over

140 employees, in-house Billing, Education, and Dispatch Departments. Uses phone, radio, and computer to accept calls,
