About the Role

Dispatcher The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily waste collection and recycling routes to ensure

efficient, timely, and cost-effective service delivery. This role acts as the communication hub between drivers,

customers, and operations teams, making real-time decisions to resolve service issues, optimize routes, and maintain

productivity across the fleet. Route Coordination & Scheduling Assign and dispatch daily routes for residential,

commercial, and roll-off drivers Monitor route progress throughout the day using GPS and routing systems Adjust routes

in real time due to delays, breakdowns, weather, or service issues Ensure all scheduled pickups are completed
