About the Role
Prepares quality food products as per standardized recipes and production requirements. Adheres to HACCP procedures for
all prep and food safety and maintains records as required. Meets customer service expectations by actively engaging
with customers. Rotating shifts between 5:30 am and 3:30 pm. Works every other weekend. Education High School Diploma or
Equivalent Required Experience 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment. Preferred
General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet,
deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers. Preferred Licenses ServSafe
