About the Role

GDI Integrated Facilities Service - 2545 Railroad Street - Responsibilities: Perform regular trash removal from

designated areas, including trash cans and loose debris; Wipe down glass surfaces such as doors, windows, and entryways;

Conduct routine patrols inside and around the parking garage to identify and remove litter, debris, or safety hazards;

Maintain cleanliness of pedestrian walkways, stairwells, and elevator areas within the garage; Work outdoors in various

weather conditions, including cold, rain, or snow (appropriate gear will be provided)
