About the Role
Lead Cnc Machinist McConway & Torley is currently searching for a Lead CNC Machinist. In this position, you will lead
the machining department both technically and coaching directing the work of other people in the department. Location:
Pittsburgh, PA Shift: Must be able to work any shift. Shift will be steady once you start. Some of your key
responsibilities will include: Conducting daily toolbox talks with all shifts at intersecting shift changes Developing
the technical abilities of the team Performing quality inspections Operating overhead cranes and forklift to transfer
materials Reading engineering drawings Performing machining setup changes and troubleshooting machine errors Coaching,
