Production Baker Knowledge of scratch baking Ability to perform bench duties (pastry, cookies, dough) Ability to read
production recipes Ability to use rack ovens Maintain cleaning and sanitation Perform other duties as assigned by
supervisor Must be able to work evening hours Must have experience Must be at least 18 years old Physical Demands: Stand
on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty. Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of
time. Work safely around ovens. Lift, push, and/or pull bakery ingredients/items up to 25 pounds. Ability to wear
