maintaining workflow efficiency in a manufacturing environment.; Lead and assist hourly team members while promoting
teamwork, productivity, and quality performance.; Operate tools and equipment safely while following all company safety
procedures and standards.; Inspect and verify completed work to ensure products meet quality and production
requirements.; Use independent judgment to troubleshoot issues, support production needs, and assist with additional
duties as assigned by management.
